2012 Exhibitions:

"Tiffany in Stitches" at Creative Stitches and Hobbycraft, Aintree, Liverpool, April 2012
We are currently working on a new body of work based on Tiffany Glass which we shall be showing for the first time at Aintree.

"Tiffany in Stitches" at Brabins Gallery, Chipping, Nr. Longridge, July 2012.
This will include an additional retrospective exhibition featuring other recent work.

"Tiffany in Stitches" at Samlesbury Hall, September-October 2012

Previous Exhibitions:

One Day Exhibition, Saturday, 26th. November at Cedar Farm, Mawdesley, Lancashire.

"Stitched Together" October and November 2011 at The Farm Burscough, Lancashire.

"Inspired" at Gawthorpe Hall, Padiham, Lancashire, BB12 8UA.
Some One Step On members took part in this exhibition at Gawthorpe Hall, which houses the Kay Shuttleworth Collection. Two members' work was highly commended.

"Connecting Stitches" at Creative Stitches and Hobbycraft, Aintree, Liverpool: 20th-22nd May 2011.

This was a display of new work which included our annual group project. This year we each chose shades and tones of a single colour to create a rich variety of wall-hangings, based on connecting calico squares

"A Stitch in Time": Brabin's Shop and Gallery, Chipping, Lancs, September 2010
Our theme in 2009/2010 was " A Stitch in Time".
Much of our work, and our group project were based on an old embroidered Chinese Panel, depicting
trees, butterflies, chrysanthemums and birds.
We included other work , within the broader theme of " A Stitch in Time".

	We used our own designs, based on the Chinese panel, to embellish the front of bags made to a traditional Chinese design for our group project.

There were some kind and encouraging notes in our Comments Book:
"What a very high standard of work! The exhibition is wonderful and inspiring"
"Fantasy and imagination come to mind".

"Handbags and Gladrags", Aintree, Liverpool, April 2009

	This theme was "Handbags and Gladrags". We all started with a commercially made black or white felt bag to alter and decorate.

Towneley Hall, Burnley 2007
In the Autumn of 2007 we held a retrospective exhibition in Towneley Hall, a beautiful setting in Burnley.
