"A Stitch in Time", Aintree, Liverpool. April 2010

For our theme 2009/2010 we chose " A Stitch in Time".

Much of our work , and our group project were based on an old embroidered Chinese Panel, depicting trees, butterflies, chrysanthemums and birds.

We included other work , within the broader theme of
" A Stitch in Time".

"The Written Word" was the theme for this exhibition. Our group project this time was cushions, made with materials given to us by the husband of a member who had died during the previous year. We were able to raise money for a relevant charity by the sale of these cushions.
